Respectful Access to Care
Patients should be treated with dignity and respect. Applicable federal civil rights laws protect against discrimination in covered health programs based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, and sex.
Language and Communication Needs
Call (510) 742-6274 and tell the office if you need help communicating, an interpreter, or information in another format. The office can explain how to request assistance for your visit.
Dr. Khetrapal speaks English, Hindi, and Spanish. Kulbinder Hans speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Ask when scheduling about clinician availability in your preferred language.
Raise a Concern
If you have a concern about access or communication, contact the Fremont Primary Care office at (510) 742-6274 or at 734 Mowry Avenue, Fremont, CA 94536. Ask for the person who handles patient concerns.
